In addition to plastic products, SET-TRADE also manufactures epoxy resin products for installation in drive systems. We offer a comprehensive service, from concept design to production of a (semi) product. We design the product custom-made based on your order, make a sample of the product and then begin with its serial production.

The resulting outcome, i.e. epoxy resin rings, is a specific product; it is made of fibreglass and epoxy resin. The manufacturing process is quite demanding and involves several operations, from winding fibreglass and heat treatment to final grinding and cutting to a tolerance size. The product serves as a reinforcement of the commutator, in which it is installed (injected). The production program extends to many different types with various ring sizes.
